As with every new version of the AdWords API, we encourage you to review the resources in the AdWords API client libraries. If you have any questions please post them on the AdWords API forum. We will also continue to host Google+ Hangouts with members of the AdWords API Developer Relations Team.

- An overview of the new ConstantDataService, which can be used with CampaignCriterion to get more fine-grained control of the targeting of your campaigns
- Information on changes to account identification criteria (it’s now only client customer ID)
- Details on how to target campaigns with CampaignCriterionService
- The introduction of XML validation so you can be alerted to structural issues with your requests
- The introduction of CreateAccountService which creates AdWords accounts without login emails
