September 2021 update to Display & Video 360 API v1

Today we’re releasing an update to the Display & Video 360 API that includes the following features:

• Support for proximity targeting under TARGETING_TYPE_BUSINESS_CHAIN and TARGETING_TYPE_POI.
• The ability to search for available TARGETING_TYPE_BUSINESS_CHAIN and TARGETING_TYPE_POI targeting options using the targetingTypes.targetingOptions.search method.
• New customBiddingAlgorithmState and sharedAdvertiserIds fields in the CustomBiddingAlgorithm resource.
• Additional available Exchange enum values.
